I think paying $240 for an oil change is extremely excessive. After my oil was changed I had to wait 30 minutes and no one told me about my vehicle was ready.

This is a review for the salesman Nate. I was interested in a used car, but it didn't have any photos online or a CarFax. Nate was able to text me photos and the CarFax the same day. When the CarFax history showed a long gap in service, Nate made the effort to find out more about the car's maintenance history. Good overall service. However, I was told I needed a regular air filter as well as a cabin filter at $300 for both, which is too much.

I went to the service center to do a routine maintenance and the initial appointment went well. They were helpful even when it took much longer than they estimated. Things happen right? I was told I had an oil leak. I made an appointment and brought it back to get the leak fixed. I am always treated great here. I bought my truck here 10 years ago and realize I have no obligation to have it always serviced at Team Chevrolet but they always treat me so great.
Ended up driving over 100 miles to purchase my Ford F-250 at Capitol Ford. I spoke with several local dealerships before ultimately choosing to make the drive, and I’m glad I did. While my experience was top notch, I want to give special recognition to my salesman, Robert. Texted several times over the course of a week or so. Solid and clear communication and was never pushy in providing answers to my varied questions. I highly recommend Capitol Ford, and suggest you speak with Robert when visiting the dealership.
