New Chevrolet Owner Benefits

Chevrolet is committed to ensuring satisfaction with your new vehicle. Your Chevrolet dealer also wants you to be completely satisfied and invites you to return for all your service needs, both during and after the warranty period. To help keep things in proper working order, Chevrolet will warrant each 2021 model year new vehicle from bumper-to-bumper for 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first; see dealer for details). There is no deductible for eligible warrantable repairs that are required due to defects to material and/or workmanship from the delivery date of the vehicle.

For most new Chevrolet vehicles, coverage is for the first 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first, see dealer for details.

The 2020 1500 Series Light Duty (LD) pickups equipped with a 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel Engine and 2500 and 3500 Series Heavy Duty (HD) pickups equipped with a Duramax^® 6.6L Turbo-Diesel V8 engine are covered for 5 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, see dealer for details. California Emissions:

Defects and performance for car and light-duty truck emission control systems are covered for the first 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, see dealer for details.

From the first 2 years or 24,000 miles to 3 years or 36,000 miles, defects in material or workmanship continue to be covered under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty Bumper-to-Bumper coverage. Specified major components are covered for the first 8 years or 80,000 miles, whichever comes first, see dealer for details. Defects and performance for light-duty trucks equipped with a heavy-duty gasoline engine and with a gross vehicle weight rating greater than 8,500 lbs. are covered for the first 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, see dealer for details. Light duty trucks equipped with heavy-duty 6.6L Duramax^® Diesel Engines are covered for the first 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, see dealer for details. Specified components for cars or light-duty trucks equipped with light-duty or medium-duty truck emission control systems are covered for the first 7 years or 70,000 miles, whichever comes first, see dealer for details. Defects and performance for emission control systems found in trucks equipped with Duramax^®6.6L Duramax Turbo-Diesel Engines are covered for the first 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, see dealer for details. Specified components for the emission control systems of Duramax^® 6.6L Turbo-Diesel Engines are covered for the first 7 years or 70,000 miles, whichever comes first, see dealer for details. For vehicles sold in the United States, in addition to the Bumper-to-Bumper coverage described previously, Chevrolet will warrant certain components for each Electric and Hybrid vehicle for 8 years or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first, see dealer for details) from the original in-service date of the vehicle, against warrantable repairs to the specific electric propulsion components of the vehicle. Chevrolet includes scheduled maintenance visits with the purchase or lease of new Chevrolet models.

• New models receive the first maintenance visit within the first 1-year/12,000-miles (whichever comes first)
• ACDelco dexos1^® Oil and ACDelco Oil Filter Change (excludes Bolt EV and Bolt EUV)
• 4-Wheel Tire Rotation (excludes dual rear wheel vehicles, all Corvette models and select Camaro models – ZL1 model and 1LE Package cars – due to their unidirectional tires; see Owner’s Manual for details)
• Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection (MPVI)

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Chevrolet is proud to offer the response, security and convenience of the 24-Hour Roadside Assistance Program†. Roadside Assistance is provided with all purchased or leased GM vehicles that are within the Powertrain Limited Warranty or Hybrid Specific Warranty. The following emergency services are covered on non-restricted roadways:

• Emergency Towing (from a public road or highway to nearest Chevrolet dealer)
• Lockout Service (keys locked inside vehicle)
• Flat Tire Change (when equipped with a properly inflated spare tire [tire repair/replacement cost may be customer pay)] or Tire Inflator Kit Service (as equipped)
• Emergency Fuel Delivery (enough fuel for vehicle to get to the nearest service station)
• Jump Starts (service to jump-start a dead battery)
• Mobile EV Charging (select markets)

The optional Extended Limited Warranty may be selected for new Chevrolet vehicles at the time of vehicle purchase. When you choose the optional Extended Limited Warranty, your coverage is 5-years/60,000-miles, whichever comes first. Extended Limited Warranty is only available at the time of new vehicle purchase. Chevrolet’s optional Extended Limited Warranty has no deductible and coverage is the same as the standard term Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty. Covered repairs will be performed using new, remanufactured, or refurbished parts. As with the standard Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty, the optional Extended Limited Warranty transfers automatically with vehicle ownership during the warranty period. See dealer for pricing.
